The journey begins at a place called Ivanovo Korito at the foot of mountain Lovcen, on a height of 1270 m above sea level, within 14 km from Cetinje and 34 km from Kotor. We are fully equipped – helmets, gloves and appropriate shoes – and we move on to our challenging ride cross mountain Lovcen. After a short drive over the asphalt way, we move to a narrow gravy road leading away from the Austrian – Hungarian kingdom, and for the first 4 km you will be thrilled by the drive through the cold, bushy beech forest. We have a short stop at a place from where we can be delighted by the view of the two highest peeks of mountain Lovcen: Shtirovnik (1749 m above sea level) and Jezerski Vrh (1657 m above sea level), where the Negush mausoleum is located.

We continue our trip and go to the place where king Nikola used to come for a rest and to enjoy the spectacular view of the Boka-Kotor bay. The view on the Boka from the height of more than a 1000 meters is definitely majestic and godlike and will certainly leave you breathless!

After a short photo-stop we continue on to a village called Dolovi, where we can photograph a traditional Montengrian countryside, built long ago, which has remained its appearance till nowadays. Further on the road leads us to the spot where we began our journey, but which is also the final destination of our trip. Here, exhausted and full of impressions, we have a rest at the restaurant Monte Rosa, where we try the national cuisine of Montenegro.
