Steeped in tradition, the hotel is situated on the spacious property, with a stunning view to the Adriatic sea, as well as the Old town Ulcinj. In 2013 one part of the hotel is renovated (4*), while the rest of the house is still nonrenovated. The main building houses reception with lobby, seating area with SAT-TV corner, free wireless internet as well as internet corner, restaurant with terrace and café bar also with terrace which provides breathtaking sea view. Hotel Mediteran also offers conference room for approximately 125 people and banquet hall for up to 500 people.

Some rooms have been completely renovated in 2013. They are elegant and comfortable. All rooms have SAT-TV, air conditioning, cost-free wireless internet and balcony with view to the sea or the Old town.

The restaurant at Hotel Mediteran serves a rich breakfast and dinner in buffet form. Sunbeds and umbrellas on swimming pool are free of charge, on the beach on charge, as well as water sports (local providers).
