Day 1: Tivat
Individual arrival in Tivat
Upon arrival, you will pick up your pre-booked rental car (alternatively, packages with included rental cars in various categories are available). Explore the area and visit sights such as the city of Herceg Novi and the old town of Kotor with its impressive cathedral and maritime museum (optional).

Day 2: Tivat – Ivanova Korita
Drive to Cetinje – Discovery tour through Montenegro
Your drive takes you via the winding roads above Kotor towards Cetinje, Montenegro’s former capital. Here, you’ll see landmarks such as the monastery and King Nikola's Palace, as well as Montenegro’s relief map.
Next, continue to the village of Ivanova Korita in the heart of Lovćen National Park, where the Njegoš Mausoleum and many trails for hiking, horseback riding, or biking are highlights.
Culinary Tip: Try delicious national specialties, including fish dishes and Montenegrin ćevapi.

Day 3: Ivanova Korita – Kolašin
Drive to Kolašin – Nature and Delights in Montenegro
Drive past the capital, Podgorica, to Morača Monastery and the stunning Biogradska Gora National Park. Spanning around 5,650 hectares, the park offers excellent hiking trails.
Continue to Kolašin. Tip: Visit Savardak restaurant in Kolašin, known for its unique charm.

Day 4: Kolašin – Tara Gorge
Excursion to Tara Gorge and Durmitor National Park
Today, take a trip to the stunning Tara Gorge, the world’s second-longest at 93 km and 1,300 m at its deepest point. Rafting here is a popular adventure, providing unforgettable experiences.
Durmitor National Park, with its 17 glacial lakes, is also a must-see UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy the breathtaking nature and savor local dishes.
Activities like safari jeep tours, mountain biking, horseback riding, or rafting make for a complete experience.
Return: After an exciting day, return to the hotel in Kolašin. The journey is about 100 km with a drive time of approximately 5 hours (breakfast included).
Day 5: Kolašin – Podgorica
Drive to Lake Skadar – Discoveries in Montenegro
On your way to Lake Skadar, we recommend a stop in Montenegro’s second-largest city, Nikšić, known for the impressive 17th-century Ostrog Monastery and the popular beer “Nikšićko pivo.” Enjoy a walk along one of the area’s three lakes.
Lake Skadar National Park, rich in flora and fauna, is another highlight. Here, you can take a relaxing boat trip.
Tip: Visit small, private wineries around Lake Skadar, particularly in the Crmnica region.

Day 6: From Podgorica to Bar
Drive from Podgorica past the picturesque Lake Skadar to Sutomore, with a chance for a stop in Virpazar. The day’s destination is Bar, Montenegro’s largest coastal city with a significant seaport.
Visit the southern Montenegrin coast. The old town of Bar, with a 2,000-year-old olive tree, is especially recommended, as is Ulcinj, Montenegro's oldest resort, featuring a 13 km sandy beach stretching to the Albanian border, where East meets West.
Tip: Visit Ada Bojana island for excellent fish restaurants.

Day 7: From Bar to Budva
End your journey at the beautiful beaches of Bečići or Slovenska Plaza and explore the charming old town of Budva with its cozy restaurants and cafés. Notable sights include the medieval city walls, built in the late 15th century.
Budva is one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic, with over 2,600 years of history, and is among the most visited seaside resorts on the Montenegrin coast, boasting around 270 sunny days a year.

Day 8: Budva
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and return your rental car. Spend the day at your leisure, either for individual departure or to extend your stay.
